She’s also the author of Walk Your Way to Better and other books that make fitness, wellness, and habit-building approachable, helping busy parents, creators, and entrepreneurs actually follow through on their plans.
A wife and mom of two, Joyce knows firsthand how to juggle priorities while still moving forward on personal goals. That perspective powers programs like Goal Crushing February, where small, practical steps lead to real momentum.
